it makes a big confidence difference, I just got back from shopping, after learning that I am a size 2 down from a size 4!!!!! WAHOOOOOOOO!!!!! :D I am so glad I learned about this website and the people here are very supportive! Mini goals make me smile.

    Great job! I know the feeling though, not of a size 2, but going from a 18 to a 16 and now fitting in 14's. =) Clothes I haven't seen since 2004. Congrats!!
