starting out exercise

So I have an eating disorder and asthma, and I need to take it slow as I am just starting out on an exercise regimen. I was thinking yoga? Any other suggestions?

    Yoga is pretty good for strength and flexibility. However, even with the more vigorous varieties, I do not get much of a cardio workout.

    Yoga, walking?

    You could do some light cardio, bike riding, elliptical at low speeds. (don't know how bad your asthma is)
