Over the last few weeks I have really slacked off (vacation, work trip, etc.) on my exercise and eating routine. I had met my goal over the summer and kept the weight off for 3 months. I got back on track during the last 3 weeks. I was amazed to find the weight just come right back off!! Living proof that it's really true - once you "reset your metabolism", your body wants to go back to where it's comfortable. Even if its less than you've weighed for a few years. Yaaaay! I was so glad to learn that.
