Lack of energy HELP!!!

So every day is pretty much different for me and I feel full of energy in the morning, but around mid-day I start to feel extremely tired and completely deprived of energy! Any suggestions?

  • It could be a lack of iron. That was my problem. You can take a multi vitamin that will give you sufficent iron if you think you are not getting enough.

    bump...I have the same problem. I don't drink coffee and energy drinks do terrible things to me lol I crave refined sugar when I'm exhausted and I don't want to start drinking pop every day at 2:00pm
  • Well I take prenatal vitamins every morning (not prego) and I don't drink soda. UGH>

    Eat a good portion of carbohydrates about 1 1/2 to 2 hours previous to this time of day that you begin feeling tired. Should honestly make a difference. If you're on a specific diet pull about 25-35g of carbs from another meal and replace them into this time and see if that doesn't give you the energy boost you're looking for.
