Brisk / Power Walkers!! Question?

Are there any power walkers / brisk walkers out there that have seen success in inches lost / fat loss around their lower body area? Thighs? I know that you cannot spot reduce but jw if any of you had seen success in that area as well. I'm thinking about switching from the elliptical back to the treadmill. What would you recommend that has helped you? Incline and a brisk walk or no incline? I'm def. not a runner but can jog.. at times lol and mainly brisk walk! Thanks for any responses!!!

If you walk on an incline it really works your butt. I used to walk on an 8-10% incline at 3.5 mph and could always feel it there.0
