Cardio before strength?
Strength before cardio?
Or does it not really matter either way?
I have heard some different opinions on this topic from people that I know, and I'm curious to see what you all think! Thanks!

Strenght then cardio, you want all your "fuel" for the weights and by the time your done with weights your burning fat while doing cardio.0

My personal trainr always wanted me to do strength then cardio... he didn't have some cheap certification paper... he has a four yr degree in sports med's... so I trust him and that there is probably some reason for it.0

I've heard something along these lines as well, and that's why I usually do strength first if possible. Thanks0 -

Strength then cardio....
I heard some trainers say it because you have better form when you do strength training first... but I'm sure there are more benefits about it than just that...0
