Agh!

I'm on the injured list. I am riddled with injuries. But my most serious one is my hip. I was in a car accident a few years ago and had 75% of the cartilage removed in my left hip. Running is definitely not an option for me anymore (at least not more than a couple miles once in awhile).

This week I was taking my bootcamp class and it was soooo hard. I was dying. I noticed I was limping out of class. And today I woke up in terrible pain. I actually even popped a percocet (I never take them). Last time I had a flare up (tendinitis in my psoaz) I was in PT for nearly 2 months and very limited in my activity. I will be gutted if this is the case again. Unlike last time I am not going t o push it. I feel bad now, so I am going to rest. It's a really sucky injury because resting completely generally makes it much worse and its hard to find a balance.

I'm so wound up about this that I can't sleep. I just hope I wake up tomorrow feeling better. Did some very light exercise today but I am worried about sticking on the program if I cannot keep up physically. I've been doing really well and seeing some great progress.

Does anyone else out there live with chronic pain/injuries?

This sucks.

I have a long list of "injuries":

    Stress fracture in my hip
    Bursitis in my hip
    steel rods in my spine
    bulging disc in my spine

Those are the big ones. I usually try and walk or do some kind of light exercise because just sitting around makes them all hurt more.
