So I saw the tutorial video of this on CampbellFitness and thought I would give it a shot. My fitness accomplishments so far are going from 235 pounds and 28% body fat to 168 and 6%. I just got my personal trainer certification and will be competing in my first Men's Physique competition on Nov. 4th! SO nervous!
