2 meals a day?

Hi everyone. ^_^ I have recently gone on a diet but prior to that I usually ate only 2 meals a day. While I was doing this I didn't eat too hungry for snacks and the majority of the time I was eating them was just mindless snacking. I have since started trying to eat 3 meals a day but now I'm always starving! I know 1230 calories a day is really small but I feel like I had an easier time eating later and then spreading that between 2 meals then I am having now. (I never feel satisfied after a meal anymore).

Has anyone else had similar experiences? Any pointers? Thanks!

    same exact think happened to me. b4 MFP i only ate one meal and that was usually around lunch time then when i started logging my food and making myself eat i became hungrier and hungrier. now i have got myself eating breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, and a snack not big meals for any of them but i am full usually all day. only on occasions will i be hungry and that is usually after a big workout. of course every body is different this is just what is working for me
