I don't feel hungry..

I'm under my calorie intake for the day 1. because I exercised and 2. because I guess I just didn't eat enough to begin with. My question is, I don't feel hungry, should I force myself to eat those remaining calories?

No! If you're not hungry don't eat exercise calories. You'll lose much faster that way, besides your body will tell you when to eat. Good Luck on your weight loss journey!0

I have that same question. I have been eating a lot of fruits and veggies and I have not been starving my self at all, but the calories don't add up at the end of the day. I had a bacon cheeseburger for supper the other night just to try and meet my calorie goal. Anyone??0

I'd say it depends on how much under your calories you are and what your total was. There are few extremely precise measures of either calorie expenditure or intake, so there will be some variation in both. You don't want to under-nourish your body, so consistently being under your calorie total by a meaningful amount is not positive in the long run. However, one or two days of not eating your calories is a different story.
You will find this is a hotly debated topic. I followed the guidance of my dietitian who believed for my starting weight and my goals, I should not go under 1200 net calories on a regular basis. It's been tempting at times to go lower since I get stuck at a weight for a long time (variations in my hypothyroidism complicates this for me) but I figure this is a long-term, life-time process so "cheats" won't help me.0 -
Including my exercise calories I was like 500 under. Is that too much?0

It depends. If you're doing it on a regular basis you're going start running into that dreaded plateau.
However if you're like me there are days when I can eat at maximum about 600 cals and then other days when I eat everything in sight. If it all levels out over a week I wouldn't worry.
If however you are finding you aren't eating enough start adding healthy but high calorie foods back into your diet. Add things like nuts back into your diet. You're not going to notice a few extra nuts in your salad.0
