Have you ever used the "Reports" function to view your calories consumed habits? I never had until this morning. And guess what? I noticed a pattern. About every 2 weeks, and very much lining up with my pay schedule, I consume close to or over 2,000 calories.

Not a terrible number for someone maintaining, but for someone planning to continue steady losing...way too much. So, I either have to work in some extra exercise to balance out those seemingly 'built in' cheat days...or, I could really suck it up and prepare myself to be strong on those days to reduce my number of cheat days. :grumble:

I also did a report for my weight loss, which I have perceived to be the slowest thing on earth for the last 4 month. So happens that, again, my perceptions were wrong and I am losing an average of 1 lb every 10 days. Sounds pretty sustainable to me

Just wanted to share. An early morning weigh in of 2 lbs lost combined with this new and useful information has me feeling like I am gonna have a GREAT weekend. Been a while since I have felt this good about my progress~~~

Taking a look at those reports makes a big difference. :D I found out last month I lost four pounds... which is awesome! But then I bummed myself by looking at the last 30 days report and saw I'd only lost 1.4lbs. Thats a bummer :/

The reports can show us so much more information and keep us motivated! Even if its just to see how far you've gotten, the reports are incredibly helpful :D

I always feel like I have to order in when i get my paycheck. now that I know how much is in Chinese takeout and Pizza. I do a major grocery haul instead.
  • I checked my reports for the first time today..a definate pattern! I too have way too many NONO's around the 8th of the month.
