    I'm not sure I understand the concept of peanut butter without the fat. That's 90% of the reason I eat peanut butter. It's not a "treat" for me; it's a way to get the amount of healthy fat I need in my diet.

    Nope. I eat it pretty much everyday. I also eat a serving of nuts everyday.

    I eat the smuckers natural. it is not as sweet as say Jif because it does not have a bunch of crap added. Just peanuts. And I LOVE it. So does my 3 year old.
