Limited Food Options

Slowly my diet is becomming limited I am slowly starting to stay away from soy, any animal protein and foods containing carageenan- http://www.notmilk.com/carageenan.html, I am trying to be healthier and it seems very difficult at the moment.

    Do beans contain that? You could make a lot of hearty bean and lentil soups and chills, especially with oncoming winter. You can pour soups etc over rice or quinoa. You can sub meats in a lot of recipes with lentils or beans, which are also very inexpensive if you buy them dry in bags. You could browse vegan cookbooks for ideas too!

    Thanks! yeah I'm all for beans strangely, I hated them as a kid lol I will prob make like meatless reg and chicken chili, I like the flavors and beans and don't really think i'll miss the meat :) However I will prob still have some meat since my husband likes it and we have alot in the freezer and don't want to waste it, this will be tough but it's at least cutting back considerably.I know I can almost illiminate dairy and eggs for sure.

    Oh yeah sorry carageenen is a thickening agent found in alot of foods mostly dairy, and they say its bad for you, did some research online, alot of conflicting info sorta like soy, if in doubt don't eat it. My personal pref I guess.
