Pumpkin Protein Breakfast Souffle Recipe!

Hey guys. I made this this morning! So good and so filling!

Pumpkin Protein Breakfast Souffle
-1/2 cup pumpkin puree [50 cal/1g protein]
-1/4 cup egg whites (I used egg replacements today!) [30 cal/6g protein]
-1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder [50 cal/9g protein]
-1/8 plain instant oatmeal [40 cal/2g protein]
-pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, syrup and stevia to taste!

Total Calories: 170 (more with the syrup!)
Total Protein: 18g
