Lifehacker's New Workout Plan

Lifehacker just posted a pretty good workout plan. It's basically designed to be a sustainable, freeware version of Insanity or P90X.
It's 3-4 days per week, 30-40 minutes per day, so it' s much lower intensity, but it's mostly bodyweight exercises and running, so pretty much anybody can do it if you are healthy enough to run.

Is anyone thinking about trying it?
