Low-Cal Chocolate Brownies!

(You can make these in muffin tins, but it only makes 12 so would have to adjust the calories!)
Ingredients
1 15oz can Pumpkin
1 Devils food Chocolate Cake Mix
A little water- maybe up to 2 tbsps
Directions
Spray 13x9 Pan with oil spray
Mix canned pumpkin into cake mix. Add a little water as needed- batter is suppose to be thick. Pour into greased pan & bake for about 30mins. When inserted, knife or toothpick should come out clean.
You can spice this up by adding a tsp vanilla or chocolate chips or nuts- but make sure you add in the extra calories!

There is also this amazing box kit called "No Pudge" Fudge brownies. Delicious and soooo fudgy. 110 calories for 1/12 of the recipe. Also has a single serving recipe on the back if you are prone to over kill on the sweets....these are hard to resist0

You can't taste the Pumpkin... you just use it to substitute for the oils and egs... my niece hates pumpkin too and she had no idea it was in there...0
