What amount is a glass of water considered? I was thinking it was 8 oz but now I think I'm wrong.

    I think it is 8oz.. just get as much as you can. Down a glass every hour and you should be okay.

    I have a 14 oz glass so I shoot back 2 recommendations at once... well not at ONCE lol I work on it through out the hour heheheh

    Thank you~ I was thinking 8 oz also but then I started second guessing myself. I was drinking a large glass and counting it as 2 cups of water then I rethought about it!
