I am trying to live a healthier lifestyle and lose a few pounds. A friend suggested that writing everything down would help me stick to my diet and execrise goals. She also told me that this was the place to do it.

I look forward to starting this journey down the right road. Currently, I am 28, 6'3" and 258 pound. My goal is to lose 30 pounds and lead a more active lifestyle. Ideally, I would like to accomplish this by next spring so that I can play some vball on the beach this summer. Any help along the way would be much appreciate. Good luck to everyone.
