Hey all,
I'm looking for a good, safe colon cleanse that I could do at home.
I'm really not sure how to go about that, so if anyone has any advice I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Go on Droz.com, he had a show about a good cleanse and I believe it is on his website.0

Thank you! I'll take a look.0

GNC has one of the highest rated one out right now i forgot the name of it though its a 7 day cleanser i am on it right now0

Sculley, how is it working for you?
We have a GNC close, so something there would be helpful.
I just think a colon cleanse would make me feel a ton better, and help me reboot.0 -

Newly born elephants eat their mothers dung. It helps them by introducing stomach microbes which are necessary for digestion.
But I don't think GNC sells elephant poo, so never mind.0 -

Beat me to it . The colon is not a repository for "toxins". There is no need to cleanse them, unless you have a medical condition, and a doctor is performing an enema to get a better look up there.
Fresh veggies and other high fiber foods will make you feel just as good, and are 100% safe and effective.0 -
Dang it, I was really hoping the elephant dung lead would work out.0

Doing a "colon cleanse" is as ridiculous as the funny posts above. don't do it. You set yourself up for some potential serious medical problems. Trust me, its much healthier and cheaper to eat healthy than to land in a hospital with a severe electrolyte imbalance and a seizure disorder as a result of a "cleanse"!0

I'm not sure that there are any real benefits to a colon cleanse, but if you choose to do one please do it at home ;-)0 -
Unless you have a medical problem that requires it, strong enemas can be dangerous to your health. So I would suggest that whatever you find, check it out with your doc just to protect yourself. They can disrupt electrolyte balance. Good luck.0
