I have been using My Fitness Pal for about a month and a half and I am down 17lbs. Per my doctor I have actually lost 23.4 lbs. I also go to a weight loss clinic. My motto is "It's now or never". Previously I have done weight watchers and lost 50 lbs each time I joined. This time around I didn't want to pay no membership fees for that and per a friend opted to use My Fitness Pal instead. I am a long way from my goal, but I make smaller ones that are achievable that helps keep me on track.
With my water cup up, cheers to losing weight and becoming healthier with a life style change! (Never think of it as a diet, it will sike you out every time.)
