Looking for support

Hello! I'm looking for support or a better word would be accountability. I would like to lose 15lbs. I know what I need to do, but I often slip. If I knew someone else was watching me I'd make better choices. I did lose some weight a couple of years ago when I hired a dietician to help me with some gastro issues. She fixed my issues and I lost weight because I knew I had to report to her what I was eating each week.

Hi Red,
The best thing to do would be start adding some friends. You're welcome to add me if you like. The more friends you add the better. Instead of one dietician holding you accountable, you could have dozens of people providiing you encouragement, support and tough love as you need it.
Feel free to add me.
I'd be happy to have you as in my circle of friends - we're all 'losers'!
