    Start Weight: 247lbs
    Your Ultimate Goal Weight :120-130lbs
    Goal Weight by January 1st : 220lbs

    Calorie goals:1200-1400/day
    Workout goal: 400-500 (havent been able to do exercise, due to a serious fall- but should be able to get back into it for this challenge.)
