Sure. I would like to give it a try. I've never been part of a MFP challenge so hopefully it'll help meet my goals!
My bio: I'm a mother of 2 girls (2 & 6) and work full time. I workout at lunch time. I do martial arts (Kickboxing) on Monday/Wednesday/Friday. I usually do weight training or a Combat (cardio) class on Tuesday, Thursday and Sundays.
My day off is Saturday. I like to workout, it's my therapy.
Food wise, I'm usually pretty good but I occasionally cave-in to Bear Paws or any children treats we may have around the house. I appreciate constructive feedback on my food diary. This is the part that needs improvement!

January 1st Goal Weight: 150
Daily Calorie Intake: 1400-1800
Weekly Exercise: 2300 (about 350-400/day)
