I just reviewed my nutrition profile for the past few weeks, and I'm definitely running low on protein. I'm thinking of buying protein powder and adding it to my morning oats. Any suggestions on a good, natural, vegan protein powder?

Any suggestions for vegan protein sources throughout the day or does anyone replace meals with protein shakes and stuff? If so, how?

If you google "vegan protein powders" you'll find a lot of good choices. The best ones are made from soy.

Make sure you get about 0.5g of protein per pound of BW.

When I'm not working abroad I have my protein shake as my breakfast. Protein, banana, peanut butter. It's about 700 calories and keeps me full all day. I don't, but I could easily go all day eating only breakfast when I do that.
