2) i do weight training and cardio all together so i get 25 minutes of exercise each day of course it's usually more.
3)i eat healthy but not very.
4!!!!) will i lose or gain ... it says to maintain my weight i should consume 1750 cals and i'm eating more but i feel more firm and light
did you ever feel this way though you're eating more calories than you're supposed to?

Totally not an expert but here is my two cents:
If you exercise for 25 minutes and you burn 250 calories, then when you add that to 1750 it will put you at a total of 2000 calories a day. So you will maintain your weight. You will feel more firm and fit because you are exercising but the scale probably won't move much.
If you burn more than 250 calories with your exercising and still only eat 200 calories a day, then you will slowly lose weight.
If you burn less than 250 calories then you may slowly gain weight.0 -
whoops- meant to say 2000 calories. If you only eat 200 calories a day then you need help0

I would increase your cardio. If your total workout from start to finish is 25 minutes and that includes weight training that's really not enough cardio. How do you feel? Do you like the results you are getting? If you do then I wouldn't worry, but if your looking to shed a few lbs I would definitely increase the cardio to at least 45 minutes and maybe 10-15 minutes of weights. High reps, low weight will give you a nice toned apperance without looking bulky.. One more thing! Make sure you enjoy the workouts you are doing. You are more likely to stick with a program if you enjoy it.. Just a thought.. Also I want to add I offer free fitness coaching and I'd love to help you one on one if you are interested! Feel free to friend me on here.. God Bless you!!0
