Hello,

I just started today. I tried WW last year for a few months and lost about 12 pounds, but fell off the wagon. I gained back what I lost and then some  I got tired of eating the same foods and honestly I couldn't afford what they charge. I lost my focus and motivation. Hoping I can turn things around and make MFP work for me. Thanks for reading

I fall off the wagon all the time. The important is that you get back on it. I'm new to mfp too and it's helped me a lot. Hopefully this works for you too. I'm here for support if you need me. Good luck.

Welcome KiKi!! You will love it!

WW is definitely easy in the beginning, but after a while you lose motivation and hard to get back on it...I know, I have been there.

Feel free to add me if you like.

Hi, I was with slimming worls a couple of years back and lost 8lbs which I gained back, sadly.

But in the last 3 months I have lost 17lbs with mfp and it is so much easier than I expected to do by myself.

Keep your diary, log it every day, and your exercise you will be amazed how easy it is x

Welcome to MFP, I hope this works for you... There is a lot of support here and great meal ideas... I have never done a program like WW where you buy pre made food... But this has got to be cheaper and better when you can buy groceries at the grocery store and make you own food!
