Non workout days

I am currently on the bulking phase. So do I still need to take in all my macros even if its a rest day from weightlifting? Should I reduce some of my carbs,fats,calories to some degree? what'd ya think? I am taking in 3450 cal/per day! which is btw tough to eat that much in one day lol!
