I just wanted to say how glad I am I found this site. In the short time I have been here I have gotten back some motivation and self esteem. Just today I found the courage to put body shot pictures in my profile, I would have not been able to do this before because I would worry what others think, but the people here at MFP are so supportive and encouraging. Thanks to all who help me on this journey to become One Hot Mama!!!
