New to MFP.....but not new to dieting!

As I said I am new to this site but not new to weight loss. Not sure what I hope to find here on this site, but I am open to suggestions, advice and working with others to reach not only my goal but theirs as well!! Looking forward to meeting others starting or already on their weight loss journey! :flowerforyou:

    GL...my advice is keep your diary every day, never miss anything that you eat...eat stuff you enjoy but check it out for the cals....plan your day in advance so you know where you are at...even walking makes a big difference...I have lost 9" from my hips just walking and 4 jean sizes!

    Here's my experience: In my adult ilfe, I have never been able to lose weight intentionally.... Until I found MFP. I've lost 10.5 pounds already. I love this site. I love the app. I've learned so much and met some cool people with the same objectives. That's what keeps me motivated. Best of luck! Friend me!
