Iphone 4S - C25K Application - Progress Gone!

Just a general question, wondering if anyone had this issue...

I recently ugraded to the Iphone 4s and backed up my applications on my old 3GS in my itunes. When I re-synched my new phone, all of my progress on the C25K application was wiped and the GPS option that I bought last month is gone.

Has anyone else had this issue? I'm pretty upset that all of my progress is gone... just wondering if there's any way to get it back...

    If it's the same app I've used on my Android, you should be able to simply mark the weeks as done, rather than having to let them run through.

    I would call att pr verizon, who ever you may use. They will be able to help you.

    No, contact the makers of the app (they're on Facebook) and let them know what your problem is. Since it's a problem taking place within the app, your cell service provider can't help you.

    .....I never thought about that... Omg thank you. I just went to bluefin apps and wrote to them. Hopefully they can help me. I am not so much upset about the 99 cents for the GPS but all of my progress...my maps and distances....gone.. It's like taking a bullet..kinda :/

    That happened to me out of the blue on my iPhone a while ago. I was crushed, but I just left it and carried on with the program. I know how you feel. I really liked having my progress charted so I could see how I had been improving.

    I hope you get it all back.

    Ah, I guess your app is a little different than the one I had. I wouldn't sweat it that much overall....you still know what you've done and what you need to do, just concentrate more on doing that than worrying about some data that is trivial at best. That's my 2 cents on the subject anyhow. :drinker:

    Did you set it up as a new phone or did you do a "Restore from backup" and then choose the backup date for your other phone?
    Also, are there other apps you've lost information for? If so this might be the case...You should be able to still plug in and restore from a backup. Hope that helps.
