are on sale at target, along with some fitness DVDs.

I bought a balance ball, Balance ball for weight loss DVD and Biggest Loser Boot camp DVD.

I only had time to just check out the Balance ball DVD today but man do my abs hurt. I was only doing it for like 10 minutes and I can definitely feel it. Can't wait til tomorrow when I can do boot camp.
