    so i checked........ apparently 1 ej has 5 calories and 1 gram of fat! gross!

    i suggest not drinking milk in the cereal bowl, better to spit it out.

    I could always start another thread on whether I will gain weight while dehydrating myself if I only drink coffee all day and eat my only meal after 9:00PM while injecting myself with hGC and eating only half of my exercise calories back.

    Why is it gross? Some people DO swallow it, and you have to log EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth! Im sure someone somewhere has actually logged it in their food diary.
