greek yogurt, any Kashi cereal variety, and fruit are my favorite pantry items0

Fruits, veggies, whole wheat pasta, greek yogurt, sandwich stuff, etc. I buy all my stuff there because they price match. The poor cashiers probably hate me because they have to override about 75% of what I buy!0

I like body fortress protein powder from walmart. I would kill to have abs like your btw.0

Abs like yours0

Delitefuls! Fish dinners with potato and vegies in a sauce. Tuns of variety! "Swai Caribbean BBQ" 160 cal 11g protein. Google um! Great little meal. I add a side with them depending on the kind I buy. With frozen fish at walmart.
Kashi TLC soft baked cereal bars.
Butternut squash
Creamy spinach- frozen veggie section
SandwichThins
Vegan burgers0 -
fresh herbs make everything extra tastey - cilantro & parsley are my fav's.0

Nuts, Rasins, cheese, string cheese, eggs, almondmilk, cottage cheese, avacados, pumpkins for pie (just roast), acorn and/or butternut squash, fresh berries, bob's red mill products like extra thick old fashion oats, bread/cornbread mixes, bananas, yogurt, apples, carrots, frozen veggies... Need I go on? Lol!
But we are clean eaters here, not organic only, but nothing processed. So I can shop nearly anywhere for our groceries. Anything processed you see in my diary is because it was from outside our household.
Am I missing anything? What's tomorrow, anything special?0 -

I sold my car before moving out of state for law school so i can only go to walmart when i have a ride...which is like once every 3-4 weeks.0 -

Ditto!! Pricematching and coupons! Makes eating healthy affodable!
And btw, is that you?0 -
Depends on the store, but I usually carry the adds with me in case they ask. I usually split my order into price match and non price match. I give all the non price match stuff first then we do the price match, the cashiers seem to like that. And love it when I have a coupon on a price match item. All about saying as much as possible.0

I need some new jeans...I can put my jeans on and take them off without unbuttoning and unzipping...Scary cool!!! And I like it!0

Fish and lean meats. I like to use turkey instead of ground beef any time I can.0

They usually have super-cheap protein bars for like $1.00 in the health food section, diabetic i think. I usually pick up one or two while i'm travellin.
If you use protein, I find a few times a year they usually go on sale, I've gotten 2lb tubs for 10 bucks before, and last year i picked up 8x2.25kg tubs for $5 a piece....which worked out well cause I was out at an isolated camp for almost 9 months.
Same with vitamins or fish oil if you use em. I cruise there or shoppers drug mart til they're half price, or 2 for 1, last time I saved $50 a piece.
Those aren't really food tips, but I don't really eat food.0 -
They have good prices on frozen berries for protein shakes. Wal-mart actually doesn't have as big of a selection of healthy foods as a normal grocery store might. Their produce generally sucks. They do have good prices on pantry type goods, canned veggies, salad dressing, etc.0

I eat like all the same foods every week, so here's my list:
- greek yogurt
- milk
- almonds
- lunch meat
- frozen fruit
- produce
- skinny cow
- sandwich thins
- granola bars (for days where i can't sit and eat a legit lunch)
- multigrain cheerios
- flatout wraps
- laughing cow cheese
- triscuits
- oatmeal0 -
Where I live, Walmart sucks. I actually prefer Krogers. I spend way less there, and I get fuel points. So I spend less on food and I spend less on gas.0
