Fruits and Veggies...Duh!!!

What amazes me is that when people say they are having trouble losing weight. Not saying it's easy or I have all the answers either, because I do get stuck myself. I'll just take a look at what they are eating. I usually see no fruits or vegetables at all. Our bodies are living organism. God live foods for us to eat, not Mcdonalds breakfast burritos with pancakes. All I am saying is try replacing one of your major meals with a salad, fruit..etc. I drink green smoothies every morning. Usually a quart or more. Go to www.greensmoothiegirl.com to see what I'm talking about. Try making a small switch to fruits and veggies. I drink most of mine with the smoothies. I can't eat a giant salad every day, but I can drink it with ease. I also add stevia with mine to make it sweet with no calories or side effects.
