Thank God for exercise calories

I have come to appreciate how this site is designed. I can't just eat 1490 calories per day and be satisfied (and that's WITH a 30+ grams of fiber and 100+ grams of protein a day). I work out 6 days a week so I can eat 1700 to 1800 calories a day while still maintaining my calorie deficit (and losing!)
I used to eat like 1200 cals or less in the past. IDK how I did it!
If you are an "exercise calorie" eater, add me! I would love more like minded pals!

Ha ha I was just having coffee with a friend yesterday and telling her that my exercise calories, though not always "a lot" in the overall scheme of things, are often the difference between being satisfied or not! Amen to that- I'm adding you!0

i am with you! i get upset if i havent been able to exercise cause 1200 a day just doesnt cut it, I usually end up starving by the end of the day! add me if you are looking for more friends!0

Oh, yeah! They have definitely saved me a few times! But I still play along the line of 'should I eat them, or should I not'.0
