chicken cordon YUM!!
Made this tonight. So good. I used the skinnytaste recipe, but used progresso italian panko bread crumbs and regular sargento swiss cheese (one slice), I could not find the reduced fat option.

came out to 370 calories with my changes. Not too bad!

Honestly, I was shocked at how good they came out. I can manage in the kitchen but I am not a great cook by any means. It looks like she mangaed with only one toothpick, mine were a bit of a puzzle!! I also got thin cutlets, so it did not make too much pounding.0

I made my own version of this the other night. The stats are very similar. I use cornflake crumbs(though it's more like fine milled corn meal) instead of bread crumbs though since I'm off wheat. My kids can't get enough of it. I actually use muenster cheese for theirs and lacey swiss for mine.0
