I've been doing really well, keeping my calories under my goal and last Sunday started my "500,000 steps to May" campaign. That is going better than I expected too.

So, my next bit of research has to do with target areas. So, I have to say that I have a bum knee that does okay with walking, and I haven't tried anything that would stress it more...

Suggestions???

Can't really spot reduce fat. Just keep doing what your doing and the fat will come off but unfortunately your body gets to chose from where and you don't. I still have chubby thighs sadly.

There are some great pilates floor moves that can help with toning legs- although previous poster is right, you can't spot reduce. I just nextflix/ huluplus some videos to get ideas then do some while I watch TV. I haven't measured inches but my legs are a lot less HUGE. Although, due to the way I'm built, I will forever have thunder thighs....:grumble:

Fasted cardio with Yohimbe might help.
