Need help with goal timeframe

Hi All,

I am wanting to have a signature with my SW, CW, GW on it as well as goal dates, but I am having trouble kind of figuring out what would be a realistic weight loss goal for me in say, 3, 6, 9 months, etc...

Currently I am 259 (yuck). I will be doing some form of exercise each day, even just a walk, but I am planning to join a gym and start up weight lifting, and also have some JM DVD's I can follow. My food has also increased in quality and decreased in amount (ie, no more junk, lots of proteins and fruits and veggies). I am trying to keep myself around 1200-1400 calories a day.

What do you think would be a realistic 3 months weigh in goal?

    A pound a week is pretty reasonable for most people. So, that'd be 12lbs in 3 months? Or you could bump it up to 15lbs to make it a little more challenging.
