do you guys add the calories from fruit to your diaries?
because i eat tons of fruits and veggies everyday but i dont add them to the diary thing.
i am wondering if i should.

    I do add mine in, They aren't usually very high in calories but fruit does have carbs! You should prolly just add them in, it can't hurt right!? :happy:

    Oh absolutely you'd want to add them & (veggies too), they are carbs and you have so many daily carbs allotted to you, you'll want to keep track of anything with cals in it.:flowerforyou:

  • You should be adding all of your calories no matter where they come from. This is so you can track a good balanced diet and one isn't leaning to far. You need a good mixture of carbs, proteins, and fats and in order to do this you need to log everything you put into your mouth for the day even soda's or drinks with calories. They all add up!!
