does anyone have any sort of food that they stuck to eating and not eating to loose weight ? im having trouble loosing it !

    I do better when I eat higher protein foods, plenty of veggies, cut down on the sugar...

    I eat alot of fruit and veggies cause their high in fiber and fiber is filling. Of course you have to watch your sugar's with fruit but sprinkle some cinnamon on it, and that helps with the sugars. And protein, lots of protein.
  • Lots of yummy proteins.

    Lots of healthy yummy fats.

    Lots of nice fresh vegetables (non-starchy)

    Reduced use of processed foods (pretty much just spices, whey protein mix and some condiments at this point).

    Working well for me so far.
  • stuck to eating? well there are always really good alternatives, and I guess this is what I usually eat.

    Meat:
    Turkey deli sliced
    turkey bacon
    Grass fed ground beef
    ground turkey
    Chicken

    Dairy:
    Activia Light
    Babybel cheese wheels
    cottage cheese 2%
    colby jack deli sliced

    Breads:
    whole wheat pasta
    whole wheat bread
    whole grain EVERYTHING
    ( though skimp on these products as much as possible)

    Vegetables:
    All of them.

    Misc:
    Spices are my best friend,
    I devour chicken soup,
    Rice goes under my steamed, sauteed, grilled vegis and meat,
    handy fruits are the best!

    Stay away from: Most processed foods. Eat whole foods, mostly vegetables, and cook for yourself. When you go out, try to choose options that aren't fried, battered, or covered in cheese.

    Take a look at my blog. I have my food plan posted there. It may give you some good ideas. I agree with the protein comments. Also, whole milk and other dairy from grass fed cows. no white rice, pasta, breads or potatoes.
