Flax seed Meal...what are the benefits?

Today I was shopping and saw Flax seed Meal for pretty cheap.
I'm curious if people here use it, and what you guys mix it with.
Also, what are the benefits and how much/ how often should I have it with my meals?

It's a great source of fiber! I made flaxseed muffins, add it to pancakes, and I've heard of people mixing it in with yogurt. 2 Tbsp is usually one serving, with that you get 4g fiber.0

I put mine in my morning smoothies. have occasionally mixed it into yogurt when I have it0

my usual breakfast meal is full of good calories, protein, fiber & antioxidants! and it's super delish & filling!
i mix flax seeds in with my granola cereal and add that to my greek yogurt with strawberries & blueberries
