I tear mine very small and put about 1/3 of the stem in as well.
Boil with or without meat (your preference)
I don't add salt but I do add garlic and onion.
My secret ingredient.........wasabi powder. You get the hot without the taste of hot sauce.0 -
WASABI? YUCK!!! Now hubby likes it and it's the one that wanted these . . . so I guess I could try it for him. Where do you get the wasabi powder?0

Green is very good for you. If you want I can share my Green Spanich Recipe with you ..Its YUMMY...
Below is the recipes: .
1. Wash and Cut your spinach in small pieces or tear the leaf and cut the stems in a inch or 1/2 inch size.
2.Cut onions either yellow or white onions in cube,
3. Peel 2 cloves of garlic and cut it in small pieces.
4. salt and pepper for seasoning.
In a cooking pot or pan/....
add 2-3 tbls of cooking vegetable oil..
once it is warm add cloves once your cloves are little brown add onions and stir until it is transparent.
then add your spinach ...and cook until the liquids are somewhat dry and add salt and pepper for seasoning.
you can eat your spinach curry with rice.
If you want you can also add tomato ...once onion is transparent ....0 -
