    The boy and I are doing the Mad Dog Scramble in Toronto's Sunnybrook Park Oct 30th...(along with an old time friend)

    It's an 8K trail run on a "top secret course" where "runners are divided into “packs” based on speed. Faster runners are held back to give the ordinary runners a big head-start! Time handicaps based on runners’ most recent 5K or 10k race times" according to the website.

    Looks like a ton of fun! And only 160 participants, so it should be pretty quaint and a great place to hook up with other runners.
