Low Cal asian dishes

Hi there! im going to an veitnamese resteraunt tonight, and as i am not famillier with the cuisine i am not sure what sort of dish would be a good low cal option.

Avoid Rice Noodles of any kind, they are not only calorie-ridden but also very high in high glycemic carbohydrates...(meaning your body will dump it in five minutes and then you will be hungry again)
I think the best options would be Pho - you can ask for more mung beans in place of noodles.. they are made with fresh vegetables, lean meats and OHHHH the Thai basil leaves with lime... so good... ohhhh so good!
They have a cabbage salad that IS TO DIE FOR! You can get some pan-fried tofu on top.

My local vietnamese has lots of healthy options - fish, beef etc - they use lots of fresh vegetables in their cooking.....
