So I am a Army Wife! I think that sometimes being a spouse of a Service Member can be very stressfull. I know that I have yoyo'd in weight for years but since my husband joined the Army it has been extreme. I am a Stay At Home Mom. Which means though I am busy with the kids I am not at work all day which meant I was moving and doing a lot of physical activity. I know that every time my husband deploys I say I am going to lose weight. However do to stress and worry I gain at first. Last Deployment I got to my highest weight of 250. After he came home from r&r and I saw pictures I said I was going to lose weight. I did with the help of counting calories and great friends to go to the gym with. Well it is that time again, I had gained weight and my husband came home for r&r at Christmas. I am on the weight loss journey once again. I hope to be at 180 by the time my husband comes home in October. That is 33 lbs! I just thought that maybe some of us could share our stories and motivate each other!

Hi, I am a Military wife as well, living over seas. I struggled with weight from being a stay at home mom as well as just having a baby and I have used this web site since August and have lost 35 lbs. Its an awesome web site just make sure you are true to yourself.
