Planning for weekend away

Would love your thoughts on how I plan to keep on track over this weekend. Going away with the family, this would normally be were I would try and fail to stick with the diet, therefore guilt would lead me to go right off and forget to get back on the plan.

What I thought I'd do is to increase my calories to maintain my weight, giving myself permission to have more, then come back not feeling guilty to start at it again on Monday.

What do you all think??
