Weight Stalling

Has anyone ever noticed that regardless of how long you are dieting the closer you get to your goal, you stall? I want to get down to 145 which is 5 pds away, but I have been stuck at 150 for two weeks (actually it's 149 but I don't record it unless I see it for three days straight). I am thinking that it's due to my impeding tine of the month approaching as I am eating well and exercising (and varying it up etc).
I should note that I do think my body fat has decreased, hence why I do think it's a good idea to take alternative measurements. Would be great if MFP add body fat measurements to their list of items to record.

Same thing here too... further complicated by tom and getting a cold at the same time (first one in 3.5 years tho).
As I've gone down in weight, I notice the plateaux are closer together.
I'm 10 lbs from where I'd like to be so if there's a magic bullet, please tell.0
