I have an half hour at lunch to work out in the gym and I can get in 30 to 45 minutes in the AM before work at home. I did the 30DS in the AM until it started bothering my neck and cardio at lunch. I've thought of getting Ripped in 30, but I'm not certain. I've heard of website that trainers give a new work to do but do not know the name of them. I have access to a boxflex, many hand wieghts, bosu, and a dreadmill at my disposal. I also have access to p90x and insanity (although both scare the crap out of me and have no idea which to do 1st). Any suggestion on where to proceed? I more interested in suggestions for strength training as I know how important it is to build muscle to lose weight?

If 30DS is hurting you, I think that means that you're doing something incorrectly. Maybe be sure you're not pulling on your neck when doing your crunches, etc. Do not try and look up, or down, when you're doing your pushups. She is pretty good about telling you how to do each workout correctly.
Losing weight=cardio gaining muscle=strength training. 30DS is a great mix of both!0
