What is your goal today?

I find making my goal one day at a time for exercise, it helps me not feel overwhelmed. My goal is to walk for 3 miles. I normally walk my dogs but we have wind gusts of over 40 miles an hour.

    Mine was take dogs for a walk. Done! I think about 4 miles... I should really remember to track it once.

    Today's goal;
    Ride about 30 miles, do some yard work, take a nap, make sure my calorie intake is under my alotment.
    Have to listen to my daughter whine because she is in trouble, spend time with my wonderful wife.

    How old is your daughter...mine are 16 and 13 and the oldest is surviving her grounding with grace....finally I think she's grown up a little

    To be "nice" to my hubby today, and his class mates ( it is his 25yr class reunion). I am absolutely furious with him at the moment So my goal is to be fake nice for today, and continue tomorrow to be furious with him.

    My personal goal as far as MFP is to take a "rest" day which I sedom do. Stay with in my calories and have fun!

    It WAS to go biking for 15 miles, but the weather has turned sour. I'll probably do a 3-4 mile run/walk instead.

    My goal for today is to go to the gym and lift HEAVY, completing Stage 2 Workout B of the program New Rules of Lifting for Women. Then go for a brisk walk in the park in the afternoon.

    To start C2K5 (a program to help build your endurance for running) tonight and follow it with a half hour of pilates/calisthenics to burn extra calories and get toned! 1 hour of exercise is the goal today.

    I love this! A fabulous goal and way to go incorporating fitness and health into every day life. So important to remember to do!

    Complete my day at work and get off work at 2:00PM, Thinking about going back to the Gym or Resting the rest of the day!!
