C25K...... I need advice

I was doing the C25K and completed week 4. I got really sick on the day I was suppose to start week 5 and my doctors advice was to rest for the week (my ear is badly infected and causing me dizzy spells and fainted) I am feeling alittle better and want to start this again on Moday. Should I repeat week 4 since I havent done it in a week? Or go ahead to week 5? I dont want to over do it but I really want to get back into it. Week 4 was hard for me and by day 3 I completed it all the way through and felt great.

    See what your body says. I was doing 7 miles before this last cold. Now I'm working pretty hard at 5. You'll get it back, but you'll have to work for it.

    I say repeat day 3 of week 4 and see how that goes for you. If it is okay, move to week 5. If it is a real challenge repeat week 4.

    **You just have to listed to your body. You can start a week and on day 2 move to the previous or next week. Do what feels right :wink:

    I'd try for week 5, but I wouldn't feel bad if I had to taper it back, either.

    A few weeks ago, I ran a 10k at 7mph, but the other day, I struggled big time with going 5k at little more than 5mph, thanks to a damn cold. Boo.

    My opinion is repeat week 4, if it's too much, then repeat week 3. I'm just starting week 9 and it's worth it !
