I have four tires and a spare, I don't need another!

Since July I have lost about 16 lbs, and it's starting to show, but not nearly in all the places that I want to see the loss. I feel like the bulk of my extra 30 lbs is located right around my stomach and thighs. Any helpful tips on diet or exercise to get ride of this would be greatly appreciated!

    Squats, lots of walking, even jumping on a tramopline will help these areas..Jogging if your up to it!! And I have seen huge results on the hips thighs and butt using the 30 day shred...
